Rosh Hashana Cards for Gilad Shalit

As our next Triplets 4 A Cause project, we designed and prepared Rosh Hashanah cards to be sent to Gilad Shalit. Gilad Shalit, an officer in the Israeli army, was kidnapped in 2006. He has been held in Gaza for 4 years. He has been denied visits for more than 1,500 days and has had no contact with his family. We collected many cards that were signed by our neighbors and friends. We then delivered the cards to our shul (Keter Torah) who delivered the cards (and the many others Keter Torah collected from others in the community) to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
